Come join us for a private yoga class, hosted by the Pacific Art League, taught by Natalie Javid, from YogaSource Palo Alto.
Natalie will guide us through a 75-minute session of Yin yoga, a practice that focuses on stretching and releasing the body's connective tissues—tendons, ligaments, and fascia. It is slow-paced and soothing, with poses typically held for 3-5 minutes. Yin improves flexibility and range of motion, reduces stress and anxiety and promotes a deep state of relaxation.
Following the session, we'll enjoy light refreshments. Just bring your yoga mat and blanket.
